Maclean & Lawrence designed the Hydraulic Services for the $10M Cultural Centre at Trinity College for Broderick Architects.  Special considerations included the issues surrounding subsidence of the ground over time due to the proximity to the Swan River.  The building included music rooms, classrooms, an art gallery and staff lounge.
